These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of unconditionalpetfood.com and your purchase of products from us (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by KDR Pet Treats, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company also doing business as Citizens Pet Products and Plato Pet Treats.

By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or place an order.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to display our products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Orders and Payment

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm and ship it. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at love@unconditionalpetfood.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Certain items, including opened consumable pet food products, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. 7. Subscriptions (if and when offered)

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the then-current price plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

9. Product Information and Pet Health Disclaimer

Information on the Site about our products is provided for general informational purposes and is not veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your pet’s diet, health, and any specific dietary needs or allergies. Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if your pet has an adverse reaction.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
