Why is air-drying better than kibble processing?

Kibble is made through extrusion: raw ingredients are cooked under extreme heat and pressure to form uniform pellets. This process is fast and cheap but it degrades proteins, destroys natural enzymes, and strips out heat-sensitive nutrients that have to be added back synthetically. With air-drying nutrients stay intact, protein quality is preserved, and the food your dog eats is far closer to what their biology was designed for.
